We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions to our Pro Plan. If you cancel within the first 7 days, you will receive a full refund — no questions asked.

2. No Refunds After Trial Period

After the 7-day refund period, we do not offer partial or full refunds for unused time on your subscription.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at Qpage Support within 7 days of your original purchase. Please include your account email and payment reference.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in cases of abuse, violations of our terms of service, or if the request falls outside of the 7-day window.
